Due to hygiene and the sensitive nature of our Nipple Jewelry, we are unable to accept returns.

We only use the shippers packaging (USPS Priority etc.) so we will always ship your order very discretely. The company name we use to ship all packages is aveSolutions, Inc.

You will receive your order in DISCRETE PACKAGING from USPS or FEDEX, using their shipping supplies. The return address is from aveSolutions, Inc.

Orders are shipped on weekdays only. As all of our jewelry is handmade, we will ship within one week of order received (Or one week after checks are cleared). USPS & FedEx counts business days for air shipping. Three-day select is three business days from the day shipped. Weekend orders (after noon on Fridays) ship on Mondays.

If any item is on back order from our suppliers, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping will be calculated, based on your order, in the checkout process.

$10 to most of Western Europe and some areas shipped to the Pacific Rim. We use USPS FCM as of May 14, 2007. Contact via email should you have questions. USPS FCM should be deliverable into most countries where we ship. If you want insurance or confirmation of delivery, please contact us first.

PAYMENTS IN US DOLLARS ONLY. FOREIGN CURRENCY CANNOT AT THIS TIME BE RETURNED.

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP ASAP so you have your items quickly.

Inventory and Delivery Time:
Items are shipped from Delaware, USA and most are created at the time of order.

Most of our items are hand-made and created to order, therefore shipping is usually within 1 week of receipt of your order (99.9% ship within 24-48 hours of order). For custom orders, shipping times could extend. Orders received on the weekend (after 2:00 P.M. on Friday) or holidays are processed as if received the following business day.

If you have any questions regarding the availability of a product, please e-mail us. We try to respond no later than the end of the next business day, except during peak season and the holidays.
